If Tiger keeps winning and Nike keeps promoting him like they do, Nike will dominate everything pertaining to GOLF.

Nike will purchase the golf division from Fortune Brands (NYSE: FO), the conglomerate that owns Titleist, Foot-Joy, Cobra, Pinnacle and Scotty Cameron), and Nike will faze out the Titleist brand with it's own. It will be a Pro-V with the Nike logo on it.

Maybe at sometime will another company overtake Acushnet (Titleist, Cobra, etc), but that's way into the future. Acushnet is the first billion dollar a year golf company, so I think they'll be on top for a while.

Have any of you guys tried a Maxfli Noodle? I play the "Long and Soft" and absolutely love it. It is a bit pricey but I'll take it over any other ball in the market.
