anybody know what wedge im thinking of?
i saw a wedge at sports authority today, and it had a black almost rubberized face...its not the spin doctor wedge (i know its illegal to use in tournaments, but i've heard its really fun to play around with)...i wanna pick up a 64* wedge to try on the practice green or maybe if im just playing a round by myself...thanks!

found the wedge...its called a knight ripstop...they also have the knight ripstop 2 powerspin...its $25 or $29 + $10 shipping...should i spend the $40 on an illegal wedge? or for that money should i buy a 60 or 64 degree lob wedge? any opinions on what brand/model to get would be appreciated (i have a PW, GW, and SW already) or if i should just go for the ripstop...thanks

dont waste your money on non conforming clubs. golfsmith might have some stuff onsale, i know for sure they have demo'ed lynx sw's for 17.50 or close to that.

Suggestion: Go to ebay/sporting goods/ golf and look!! I bought 3 Zevo wedges for $26 (52*, 56*, 60*) and love them...I'll have to replace grips soon but what the heck!
