Scotty Cameron Detour Head Cover Annoys Me!

Anyone know if there are any, non-construction orange, head covers available for this putter?

The brightness of it really bothers me for some reason.

Any ideas?

Headcover options...NFL, College, no name, fuzzy bunnies, limited edition cameron covers (see Ebay)...IMO go with a no name unless it is important to show off the cameron; if so Ebay is loaded with them, some costing much more than the putter itself (which is hard to believe)...

Do you have a link to an example of these head covers? I have yet to see any for the CAMERON DETOUR.

Gracias, amigo!

I don't like the Scotty Cameron headcovers at all. I love the look of his putters(haven't used one) but the shape of the headcovers are terrible IMO. I haven't seen the Detour headcover but i can imagine a bright orange version of some of the other ones. I'd change too!

I'll keep lookin' around.

Here's what the Cameron site says about it:

Quote:
Original headcover on the 2006 Detour and Detour 2 putters, the Accident Orange Detour headcover will certainly draw more than its fair share of attention out on the course!
ha ha ha! GREAT!!!!

And now this thread is like #4 on Google:

http://www.google.com/search?q=camer...our+head+cover

I think I'll just wrap a towel around it until I find something better. I'm playing today and tomorrow (in a cart) so a towel should be ok.

Does anyone know if a Futura cover would fit this?

Maybe I'll just buy one and find out.

I just saw a bunch of huge mallet covers with dancing pandas carrying lollypops when I was in Tokyo...

OK, that headcover looks sick!!! What were they thinking, it mat attract attention, it didnt say if the attention was good or bad. Use a sock or something, or just but a mallet headcover thats plain.
