What do you guys think about training aids such as the Medicus driver and iron, and the Momentus indoor driver are they worth the money do they really help???? Some feed back would be greatly appreciated.

I use the Medicus iron and I find it extremely useful. Its biggest advantage is that you can hit with it - it goes as far as my 5i (150-160 yards). I am contemplating on the Medicus driver. I did notice that there is a Medicus equivalent called the Refiner which costs 1/2 of the Medicus. Something to consider if money is tight. If money is tight, I find it hard to believe since we are all about hitting $5 balls into the water, right?

I made a Momentus - equivalent using buckshot and an old 5iron. I have learned to release better.

Just got the Medicus Driver. At first try, it wasn't breaking. I adjusted it so it is nice and loose. I will have to see how it hits from the range. It feels heavier than my Driver so when I went to take a practice swing at home, the driver felt extremely light.

First impression:
This will definitely help me since I have to work on a smooth tempo to hit the driver and the transition from the backswing to the downswing is another area that is challenging.
