Mizuno MP Fli-Hi?

Has anyone had a chance to play the Mizuno MP Fli-Hi? Theirnew utility iron. I am considering replacing my adams idea hybrid with this club. It is an iron based hybrid as opposed to looking more like a fairway metal.

Smile Mizuno hyrid

I got a Mizuno Fli Hi this summer. It is a clk 23'. I don't know is it is the same club but I love mine. I use it instead of fairway woods and I find that I now seldom use my 5 or 6 iron. I'm not the most consistent hitter but when I keep my head down I can drive the ball 150 yards in the air with it. It also seems easier to handle.

Why mizuno couldn't come out with another name to make ebay searching less confusing I don't know...CLK is a different club than the fli hi iron type series...I am looking for an 18* right now as I feel I have better aim with long irons vs hybrid wood types, they are just harder to hit but have been working on it and want to try trading some ease of use for accuraccy...

Tell me about it. If you do search on ebay I only found two of the latest version called the MP Fli-hi. There are the clk that is the wood based hybrid and then the t-zoid iron type fli-hi and also one more iron type version Fli-hi. The MP Fli-Hi is brand new though. Very few on ebay. I think Ill either settle for the older version which you can get pretty cheap or wait a while for this one. The newest one looks almost exactly like the MP-60 just a litlle larger. very confusing ha?

I believe they did 2 generations of the t-zoid fli-hi. That would be the other iron-type you're thinking of... the T-zoid and T-zoid II.

I was looking at it on mizuno's site, the overall shape looks a lot like my mx-17 3 and 4 irons, maybe that is why i like my long irons so much.

I have hit the MP Fli Hi 21 deg., and it is really nice. Great feel and VERY nice to look at, I'm waiting till they get on Ebay. I will be replacing my MP30 3 iron with that 21 deg., alot more forgiving and easier to get in the air. Should be a good seller, I like it alot better than the old fli hi or the CLK. Try one you will like it! Mizuno quality shines through
