Project X Shafts 6.6's
i have rifle royal precision shafts in my irons but my golfing buddy just got a new set of titleist 690's with the project x's.. they look like steels but their some sort of steel graphites?, can someone patch this up with me, i may have to switch knowing how nice his ball flight is

I don't know what you are talking about, The Project X shafts are "all steel", no graphite in them.

i have the Project X in my 690's and they are a very good shaft, they are all steel.

I think the Rifle Flighted shafts are a better set for 90 % of golfers, and I just found out that there's a new Project X Flighted set coming out, which is supposed to be the best of both. You might want to check it out before you buy any new shafts.

True Temper just bought them out, so look for a little less quality at least initially.

i wouldn't go that far. the specs are there and they test them many times before marketing them, more so on the higher end shafts.
the Project X do play stiffer than the Rifles.

From what I hear TT is having trouble with them.

no i liked how stiff they play as mikey said and the ball flight was way better then my usual , i liked how consistent the ball flight was with them
