Best Wedge

What does everyone here consider to be the best wedge on the market right now. I'm getting a new one soon and was wondering what everyone thought.

I think the Spin Milled Vokey's are about the best wedge available. I'm sure others will have their fav's as well.

I would say probably a personal grind "Scratch" wedge, but you have to spend about $300 a wedge to get one!! But for your regular retail id say Nike sv tour or the Vokey spin milled!

I love the Cleveland CG10, but you'd have to have tried every wedge on the market to really know which is the best.

I like the TaylorMade rac TP wedges Thsts a real nice wedge. I haven't hit any of the Vokeys or Nikes but I've hit an adams wedge and that just couldn't compare to even my rac black wedges. So IMO The TM rac TP's are the best.

Personally prefer the RAC TP y-cutters, but the Vokeys are darn sweet as well.

i'm on the fence between the ping tour and the titleist spin milled. i've got them both in 58 degrees. the pings are a bit heavier...and they both impart wicked spin on the ball...i started out with the spin milled but decided i needed a 54 as well, and i was not willing to shell out full price for another. i found both the pings for 80 bucks and decided the price was too good to pass up. i'm very happy with my decision, though i kinda like the weight of the titleist...bottom line: they're both very good wedge choices....

Cool

I love the CG10. I compared it with the Vokey and felt that I could perform a wider variety of shots with the CG10. I also liked the weight and spin.

I tried many wedges (Mizuno MP series, Cleveland CG10, Taylor RAC Black, Ping Tour) and also got some good feedback from this forum. I really liked the Vokey SM the best. The shape, look, ball flight and feel were all the best for me. They are all good wedges, it comes down to what one you are the most confident with. Honorable mention goes to the CG10- but it wears very quickly.

I am a fan of the Infiniti AW Grind wedges with less bounce for more touch.... but if more spin is what your looking for then you might want to look at the SMT Durometers. Not as popular with OEM's but very popular in the component industry.
