Shaft flex...

I ordered a Ping G5 from ebay with a stiff flex Graffaloy Prolaunch Blue shaft. After receiving it, I played 2 rounds and shot my personal best and another good round. I looked at the shaft after those two rounds- regular flex. My swingspeed hovers just over 100mph, which according to most sources should use a stiff shaft. The guy offered to replace the driver, but I need it for golf try-outs, plus I'm hitting it good. The only problem is I hit the ball so high that in any kind of wind it's hard to control. What do y'all think? I'm pretty sure I'm going to keep it.

^^ if something works for you, dont change it man, you can work with it for now, if you need more control i'd switch to a low trajectory shaft

Do not switch if it works....What kind of shaft is it? Some shafts Reg. play like a stiff.

the prolaunch blue is a high launching shaft. So thats why you are getting the super high ball flight. The 100 mile an hour swing speed is around border line for regular/stiff depending on your tempo and wrist release.
