Traditionally golfers have weights that range from 55-75 in their drivers and shafts that weight 75-105 in their Fairways.
Helps you keep the same overall swingweight in your clubs (which is feel to some golfers).

Three of my drivers have 54 gram shafts, and 4 have 65 gram shafts, as do all my fairway woods.
