As you all se from my Avatar, i just got the WHXG #1 and i can't believe the feel, forgiveness, and smooth-like-butter swing i get with this thing.

I actually saw your post in "what santa brought you" and saw it in your avatar. I went to my local shop yesterday to try out some irons and made a point to go check out the putter. Compared to my cheap-o putter, it felt great, and not outrageously priced. Hopefull it knocks a few strokes off your game.

I got an XG 2-ball 2 weeks ago and am still getting used to it. My old putter was a Whitehot #2. The XG seems to have a softer insert than what I'm used to which is causing me to leave more putts short of the hole. But, by the time the next golf season rolls around, the touch will be back.

I also just picked up the XG 2-ball, and am loving it so far... It certainly is softer in feel for sure, but I really like it.

Enjoy the White hot XG putter, I picked one up this past season and love it I have the XG #5, just beware as one the post stated earlier beacuse of the soft insert I tended to leave putts a little short, but with some practice and once tyou get used to the feel I am sure you will love it.

I can't wait to get another blade putter. My mallet style putter is just too large, not good for me. I bought it kind of on an impulse, what a mistake that was.

Well my first putter I actually broke, so I was using a cheap-o borrowed putter from my friend. I didn't like it that much and the head started to come loose, so I went to the store and thought to myself "I've always liked the look of mallet putters, I should get one." I tried it out in the store and it felt good, sank some putts and liked the feel. After using it for a few rounds, I wanted to throw that thing off of a bridge. It's too heavy, not enough feel, and it's extremely hard for me to get the right distance on my putts. Never had much of a problem with distance on the first 2 I had, both were blade style.

i just played my lowest round on thursday! 90! today was not thge same story at all. but with a one put from just over thirty feet, it wasn't all that bad. 105 on the card. shanks, bad drives and everything hooking. it was my putter that kept me out of the 110's.
