Cavity backs are more forgiving and offer better control on all shots.
Blades are not as forgiving, but yet allow you to shape your shot and get creative.

Exactly. Deciding between the two is my problem right now. I have the MP-30's and the Launcher LP's....two completely different styles of clubs, but both offer advantages to me.

Just take them both to the range and see what ones you like better.

Which ones feel the best when you hit the ball? Which ones gives you the best ball flight you're looking for? Which ones looks the best to you at address?

Personally, if you ask me, the Mizuno's are far better clubs, but that's just one person's opinion. Everyone else will have a different one.

Yeah, the Mizunos are far better clubs. I've hit the LP's off the matt at the store and liked them, but I don't want to hit the ones I bought because they are still shrink wrapped. I can sell for more if they're still new. I'll just try the Mizunos on the range and if I like them I'll keep them. If not, then I'll go with the LP's.

As for the original question in this post though, I think I still prefer a blade over a cavity back, or at least a club that is in between.
