going to give teh 2-bar mallet a try

I've been thinking of giving one of these a try. I found a local guy who has one for sale. He claims it is like-new shape. $80 for the putter, tool, DVD, weight kit & head cover. For that price, I KNOW I can get my money back out of it if I don't like it.

Make sure it has the tool for adjusting the lie angle, also.

It is a very nice putter and has a nice soft feel. I have both the blade and mallet but prefer the blade.

Yes! makes some awesome designs in putters, also.

I would like the Sophia or Amy, personally. They just don't sell them in stores or shoes that I have visited in the DC Metro area.

I like the adjustable lie feature. Is that the only putter that has that?

Yes! I have found the putter for me!

I went to the local golf store to try out a 2-bar putter before buying one from another guy locally. They have a pretty decent little putting area & I wanted to give one a roll before buying one. I only had to hit two or three balls with it to realize it wasn't for me.

Then I thought I would try out one of the Yes! putters that a lot of people are raving about. They felt good, but I didn't seem to putt much better with them than my current putter. Then I noticed a Yes! Carolyne belly length putter. I've NEVER been a fan of belly putters, and I will be the first to tell you I don't even think they should be legal.

But for some reason I picked it up and whacked a couple balls wiht it. Holy ****! I fell in LOVE with it!

I was draining putt after putt with this thing, from all distances. I really liked the center shaft and the weight of the putter. I tried a few other belly putters they had, like a Scotty Futura and others... but none of them felt as good as the Carolyne. I asked the guy about their return policy. He said as long as it still looks new they will give me a full refund. I bought it. Took it straight to the nearest practice green, along with my normal putter. I LOVE thing thing! I was making tons, and lagging the ball very well from long distances. The Yes! putters really put a great roll on the ball and my confidence was boosted a hundred fold. I feel like the belly putter works perfectly with my cross handed grip.

I will post a full review in the proper forum after using it more.
