I have this set 5-pw and would like to know what the lofts are. I have searched and could not find anything (they were my grandpa's old set).

try e-mailing wilson, they should be able to tell you what the stabdard were. I say were because it is very likely that over the years they have been bent eschew and do not play true to loft.
