Bending clubs??

I have a nike 56* SW that I am thinking about having bent to 55*. What will this do besides the obvious change to the loft will this do anything strange to the way I strike the ball now. What I mean is will i have to adjust to this club or will the only difference be the loft. The reason i am doing this is to make the distance gaps consistent from PW to LW right now i have:
PW: 45*
GW: 52*
SW: 56*
LW: 60*

What I would like to have is 45,50,55,60.

I am getting a new 50* wedge not bending my 52*, I really like my nike SW so i don't wanna buy a whole new wedge at 55*

These are all good forged clubs, you can bend them up to 6 deg. if you are careful, 2 deg for cast clubs cause they are harder and more brittle. When you bend a club you change the bounce angle. For example less loft less bounce, more loft more bounce. Besure to check your lie angle before and after as you may have to adjust that as well.
