Nike Sumo Square Return Program

I just got done filling out the online form for the Nike return program. Its pretty painless for those out there like me with a new Nike driver that you aren't sure if its "legal" or not.

Here are some minor details:

They ask for a credit card number. If you don't return your non-conforming driver by June, they bill you $469

If you have a custom, aftermarket shaft, they will call you to set something up. Not sure what that is, the site isn't very revealing.

All in all, painless. Now I have to wait 4-8 weeks for the new one to get here if my serial number checks out with them.

Thank you for the information.

It does sound it could get confusing if you happen to have an aftermarket shaft in there.

I'm actually impressed that they are willing to work with those who have an aftermarket shaft. I fully think its the right thing to do, but they could have easily pulled the "violated warranty" line with those customers. Nike is trying its best in my opinion to put their best customer service foot forward. We will learn more as the new drivers arrive on our door steps.

Actually no, but when I read the Canadian program details, you can. Guess if you're in Canada, you can return it to the store. I'm not sure the reasoning behind this, but maybe to prevent the bait and switch with people returning fakes for news.
