Loss of distance with MP60's??

It seems like I've lost at least a club to a club and a half with my new Mizuno MP 60's..

I definately hit it solid more consistently, but I'm still getting used to this loss of distance.

Anyone else have the same experience?

That's understandable.

Mizuno uses more traditional lofts and their distances don't equate to the more modern, "jacked up" lofts.

Enjoy your new irons and realise, going into a green with an 8 iron instead of a 9 means nothing more than difference of the number stamped on the sole.
