Help w/ shaft decision.

i found a club on e-bay i'm looking at buying, it has a UST PROFORCE 65 S FLEX shaft in it and i have no idea about it.........i'm not that knowledgeable about all the different shafts out there, i know i need a stiff flex and that's about it.........lol, well at least i assume i do.....i've never had my swing speed measured but i hit the ball fairly long, so i assume i swing hard, which makes me think i need a stiff flex..........anyways, is this a decent shaft?......i looked in the reviews section and couldn't find anything except the V2 model(i'm guessing this one is different?).....so any help would be appreciated
