Taylor Made CGB R7 Irons

Thinking about getting a set of CGB R7 Irons, anyone have any opinions on these clubs?

Re: Taylor Made CGB R7 Irons

I've been playing the TaylorMade CGB MAX Irons for 2-months now and love them. They are an extremely well-designed set of irons with max forgiveness, yet they are very playable and can be worked both ways. I play them in a regular flex graphite shaft that has a very nice feel at impact and loads very well for my swing. These irons are also about a club further than my previous set of Cobra 3100's that I played for about a year. The stronger lofts on the CGB MAX's are why these irons are so long. These irons are pretty expensive, but if you're serious about your golf and want to play the best....then you should give these a try. They are a super-game improvement iron without the bulky super game improvement design you see in most irons in this group. Taylor Made went all-out when they designed these irons and the technology and looks will not disappoint. Happy Golfing!
