That is great. It's nice to see when companies go above and beyond when it comes to customer support. Hope the new grips work out better for you.

Cool

How did you manage ot bubble the 2 grips? Using air to install them by any chance? If so, next time place a 10 inch piece of PVC tubing over the outside of the grip before you blow it on. Works great to prevent blowing the grip up and ruining it. I think what Golf Pride was way above what they needed to do, and you sure got a good deal. Good luck with the new grips.

Man, you were extremely lucky to have Golf Pride replace the whole set.
That is so top notch in the business world.

No quality grip should bubble-up like that, unless you are in process of grip removal
or the grip is defective, which would be very unusual with a Golf Pride product.

If you need to "air it out", and you have your own compressor, turn the pressure gauge
as low as possible to prevent this from happening in the future.

Do you really need air to install a grip? I've never had to. Saturating the grip tape and
filling the grip with mineral spirits should be sufficient enough to slide it right on.

I know, golf pride has really earned my returning business, im definitely buying their grips from now on.

i didnt watn to buy tape and solvent, so i used air, but now i realized that i can just use lighter fluid im really happy with that.

never using air to install grips again.

I use Golf Pride Grips almost exclusively. I have tried one or two different ones here and there but always return to Golf Pride. Mainly because I use a midsize grip and they make all of their models in midsize.

As far as using air, I enjoy gripping clubs, removing the old tape, cleaning it up putting new tape on and solvent. Never had a problem.
