I'm in the market for a 3-wood. What do you play and why?

A custom made KZG Maraging Power 13*, with UST ProForce 65 stiff shaft. I play it because it's the best **** 3 wood I've ever hit. Long, and forgiving - not sure I can really ask for more than that.
The only "newer" 3 wood I've found that came close for me was the TaylorMade V Steel. I like the KZG a little more, so I stuck with it. Even went so far as to buy extra clubheads to replace the one I've got in case it ever starts to feel "dead."

Taylor Made V Steel 3 and 5 woods. S300 steel shafts. Best fairway woods I've ever hit.

I have a Calloway X 3 wood that I have tried to play, but cant seem to hit it right. I am now useing the Talormade Burner Rescue 3, alot easier to get off the ground.

Was knocking it 220-240 today with nice low trajectory

I dumped my woods a few weeks ago and started playing a S59 2 iron instead.

I play the Callaway X-Hot 3 wood cause its the longest , hottest 3 wood I have found. I dont hit the ball that far so that is impotyant to me. The shaft is longer and the face is hotter. Couldnt be happier. Use it off the tee a lot whenever its a tight driving hole.

I use the MacGregor MACTEC NVG2 #3 15* Fairway Wood w/ Fugikura Triple Action Stiff Shaft. It has a very hot Titanium cup face like a Driver.

I hit the new King Cobra Speed. On average about 250-270 off the tee, and about 240-250 off the fairway. Felt so good that I went out and bought the new King Cobra Speed LD driver. But I am only 16, so what do I know?

I play a Cleveland HiBore 3 wood. I absolutely love it. I hit it 230 from the fairway and around 250 off the tee. It's really solid feeling and I love the sound.

An old Olimar Tri-metal. Because its the lowest profile 3-wood I have found and I love the thing. Not to mention it's easy to work.

Yes my Macgregor also is shallow faced and more versitile then the deep faced type.
I also have an old Orlimar 16 * 3 Wood that needs to be reshafted.

Play the Callaway X 3 Wood, just gives me a sound confident feeling when I make contact. Awesome club.

Nike Ignite 3 wood with an Aldila NV stiff shaft...I switched from a Callaway Steelhead plus with a Proforce 65 shaft...the Nike has a higher profile than the Callaway...I can take a nice controlled swing with the Nike and the ball seems to pop off the face of the club...it took a little time to get comfortable with it...even though it has a stiff shaft, it plays differently than the Proforce shaft on the Callaway...I really like the club (usually )
