Irons only: What ball?

I am currently seriously considering playing with a set-makeup that consist of 13 irons / wedges and 1 putter. (Reasons: I never really liked hitting woods. I always enjoy hitting irons. I can hit my driving iron a long way. I am willing to trade distance for accuracy)

My question:

Are there any golf-balls that are especially well suited - in terms of overall performance (distance, accuracy, spin, etc.) - for this equipment strategy?

Tough question SS. If I never hit a wood, my "premium" ball choice would be the Nike One Platinum. My "lower" line choice would be the Srixon AD 333.

I'd have to go with any of the premium higher spinning balls...I choose a ball for short game performance anyway, so it wouldn't make a difference for me in terms of ball choice to go with an all iron set makeup...

How about a ball with a higher trejectory for the long irons, such as the TM TP Black.
