Straightshooter said it all! Go to the golf shoppe and start putting. Try as many as you can, hit several balls with each. If it doesn't feel right, put it back . If it feels good, put it off to the side. When you've tried all that look good to you, go bavk through the ones you put aside and eliminate the "weaker" feeling ones. Repeat with those that are left. Chances are there will be a favorite in there somewhere. When you find the one that "just feels right", THEN look at the price tag and proceed to checkout.
And, don't get hung up if the one you like is cheap. All the newest putter technology means nothing if it doesn't feel right.
