Indoor putting green survey

Hi,

I'm a mechanical engineering student and I have to redesign an indoor putting green system. Could anybody help me out and give me hints about what you would like to see in one?

Here is my survey:

Re: Indoor putting green survey

Make a practice green that has "grass" similar to a real green and a little undulation so I can play a break and have it at about 10 feet long......and don't make me break the bank to buy it.
As it is now, I have a thick carpet where I practice my putting and it's just fine. It's kinda like a slow green. But I'm just working on my putting stroke and I don't really need a anything besides a putter and a few golf ball to do that.
