Decision for a cart versus stand bag

I have a stand bag that is heavy (7 - 8 lbs without clubs) but it has compartments for each club (it is an old Ebay item that I found - Proline Griplok bag).

I have one of the light bags by Sun Mountain that weighs 3.5 lbs but it is a pain to pull clubs out of it so I don't carry it anymore.

I use a push cart and regular cart 50 %/50%. I like the concept of a bag that has separate compartments - so I don't need headcovers except for the putter and driver.

Two bags caught my eye:
Bag Boy Revolver that has a cooler for beer/soda with separate compartments.
Bag Boy Golf- NXO Revolver Cart Bag **The Top Spins!**

Bag Boy Clip Lok Stand Bag
Bag Boy Clip-Lok Golf Stand Bag

Which would you choose? Are there any alternatives that you suggest?

Re: Decision for a cart versus stand bag

If you are using a pull or push cart or riding cart, then I would get the bag that has the capacity for the clubs and other items you want in your bag. You can buy Plastic tubes (about 1 inch dia and as long as your bag is high). This will make it easy to take a club out and put it back into any bag. I use these tubes all the time in my bag. You can buy tubes at most Golf Stores.

Re: Decision for a cart versus stand bag

I know that it is a bit pricey, but the Nike Sasquatch stand bag is great. I do a lot of walking and find it quite comfortable. I have never liked carts, so a stand bag for me was the only option. It has dividers for all of your clubs, plenty of pockets , and small cooler that will fit a couple of bottles of water, soda etc... or a sandwich, candybar or whatever. It also has small straps to keep the legs secure to the bag when using it on a riding cart. If you have any other questions about it please feel free to ask.
