No name wedges that were pretty sweet…

I was at the other driving range that I go to today looking at the clubs in the shops (there is a little golf mini mall with 5 shops linked together behind the restaurant and down the way from the massage rooms, sauna and steam bath areas next to the short game area…did I mention that I love this country!?!?!? US driving ranges are well, driving ranges with maybe a coke machine if you’re lucky…) Anyway, there was a display of Perrygear wedges…I scoffed until I picked one up…hmmm, forged it says…hmmmm, has a nice heft to it….hmmmm, dgs300 shaft….hmmmmm, golf pride grip…hmmmm, square cut box grooves and milled face….hmmmm, sole grind that lowers the leading edge when rolled open….hmmm, flat leading edge that has a nice shape to it and head styling that is compact and fits the eye well, looks like it could be a sister club to my pw the designs are so similar…hmmmm, on sale for half of what I paid for my last wedge…

Needless to say, my curiosity was piqued…haven’t ever heard of this brand before, but I was in a rush and the decider will be when they let me demo one the next time I make it by…has anyone heard of this brand before and is the head going to snap off in 3 months?!?!?

I've never heard of them either. Let us know what you think after you demo them.

yeah never heard of them - quick google search showed they are popular overseas (overseas to the US!) and were compared with Sirxon..
