looking for info

i'm looking for some info on some clubs i bought today at a lawn sale. like how old they may be how much they may be worth and so on.

the clubs are 2-9 irons and 1,3-5 woods. they are a spalding george knudson reg. no. 2501 personal model. it also had a PW esquire hawthorne and shampionship by burke putter.

i also picked up some dunlop max 100 irons 5,8,9 pw. with a ping eye 7 iron. alslo had dulop td plus 1,3,5 woods/metals.

any info would be nice. i pick all this up plus three bags for a bargin.

Re: looking for info

Spalding and Dunlap are not exactly what I'd call BIG name OEM club makers. So the value of your find is not going to be much. And you ONLY got a bargine if YOU HIT them well. That last part goes for ALL golf clubs, not just these you got. If you don't hit them WELL. a dollar is too much to pay for new club.

You can also go to ironfinder.com for info on older clubs. They sort by manufacturer and year so that may be of some help.
