Re: What do you use to clean your clubs?

Golf Gal; Like I already posted, I use warm soapy water and a nylon brush to clean the grips. Dish detergent works very well, as it's designed to cut grease on your plates, Your hands will leave behind an oily film on the grips along with any dirt that is on your hands. Before long all your grips are dirtly and there has lost a lot of the holding power they had when new. A little hot water and disk detergent and a nylon brush will have your grip in like new condition in short order. And you WILL be able to notice the dirrerence the first time you pick up a club. Try it and know you will be able to feel the difference and appreciate having almost new grips on all your clubs again.

Re: What do you use to clean your clubs?

GolfGal; For what it's worth, I just picked up a used driver with the original factory grip. It was in excellent shape but the grip was dirty. It was somewhat slippery when I got it. After 30 seconds with a nylon brush and some hot soapy water, the grip is like NEW again. All signs of being slippery and worn out are GONE. it LOOKS pretty much the same, but now it performs like new again. Try it and let me know what you think.
Have a nice weekend everyone. I hope you all can get out and play a little golf.

I use the cheap HANDSOAP you can get from Walmart. It's a clear soap and it comes in a big jug. I believe its called "Equate"

It really gets those grip SUPER tacky and clean. It also cleans the clubs well with warm water...

Soak em in Coke overnite, wipe with a towel, bright and shiny.
