Club Rentals or cheap used buy

Hi,
i'm new to the forum and i'm visiting from Italy. I'm staying in california for the next 3 months and i like to play some golf; i started playing on courses last year and didnt tryed to get an handicap yet so i dont need a pro bag. Just irons 5 to SW plus a putter.
Anyones knows if is possible to rent clubs for extended periods or where i can buy a used one.
Thanks.
Daniel

Go to a garage sale or flea market and pick up a used set. You should be able to find some real good bargains and/or be able to talk the seller down to some real good bargains.

Craigslist is the best for inexpensive used stuff. Negotiate.

There should be several stores in the LA area that carry used clubs. Buying a set for your use should be easy.

Ditto with the above...I've gotten great clubs at a yard sell. Look in the newspaper too.
