Looking for a new pair of golf shoes that will offer comfort and performance. I currently use FJ DriJoys and they were @ the time The Most comfortable pair I've owned. I like the way ECCO's look but I have not seen them in a wide platform. Addias seem to run narrower then most. Any suggestions for us larger frame WIDE foot walking behemoths?
I like either NIke or Footjoy shoes. Both come in Wide sizes, and I'd recommend you try on a few paris at a local Golfsmith store, and then go HIT a bunch of golf balls into their instore net to see how the feel when hitting balls. That's what I always do now that the idea came to me. It works MUCH better than just waling around it the store for 5 minutes. Try it and I think you will agree that it works quite well.
I have super narrow feet (AAA)...mom shaped my feet with leather buckle shoes until I was 6...anyway, Adidas is the best for fitting narrow that I've found, and Nike is all but unusable even in their most narrow size...I've seen their wide shoes; they seem like a good place to start looking...
I have 2 pair of Ecco and I love them. I also wear a wide shoe. I bought one pair off ebay and one pair from Martins. They both feel and fit great. And the waterproof factor is right on. No more wet feet for me.
