Yes, I don't think anyone would think it's anything but "marketing." I just think they'd try to find a picture of him without the visor, or to cut it off, blur it, edit it, or something like that.
It doesn't suprise me at all. If you have seen the comercial for the Pro V1 you see a bunch of players that have other club sponsors. In fact you see David Toms, Chad Cambel and Shaw Macheal in it and they are all sponsored by Cleveland and you see Chris Dimarco who is sponsored by Ping.
If one equipment maker did that to a photo of a player with another equipment maker's logo in view, it would probably result in a lawsuit, and maybe a few people losing their jobs.
