Graphite shafts in irons on the PGA
I went to the Bellsouth today and follow a couple of groups, and to my surprise 3 of the 6 players had graphite in their irons.

Franklin Langham in the first and Brandt Jobe and Dennis Paulson in the 2nd.

All 3 had GAT 75 all had X stiff.

I don’t know how many others had graphite, but it makes you wonder if more players will start playing them.

A side note a golf buddy lives on the 14th fairway, and I had lunch at his house today guess what we had?

Rich Beem had no top 30 finishes in 2004........I wonder if his choice of shafts had anything to do with that?
