left or right

if you are right handed, do you have equal strength in each arm and hand or is one stronger than the other. then, how do you grip the club with regards to control? if your right arm/hand is stronger, do you lighten up with the right hand and let the left arm/hand have more control? hope I am explaining this right, lol.

and what kind of shot do you have with regards to strength of grip, etc.

ok, no responses,lol.

I've always had trouble with hitting irons crisply. I'm right handed and my right hand/arm is stronger than the left, so I just tried loosening the right hand when gripping the club and letting the left arm/hand have more control and so far it seems to be working. I'm hitting drives farther and hitting my irons much, much better with more control. Don't know how long it will last, but so far so good.

Just what I need ... another swing thought. Your theory sounds pretty solid to me though Stag and I may give it a try. I, like most average golfers tend to grip the club too tightly at times... especially with my longer irons. The last time out I decided to concentrate on loosening my grip and hit 3 or 4 beutiful 5-irons.... a rarity for me. Applying different grip pressure with each hand may be more than my limited abilities can handle , although I think I'll try it at the range this week.
