Hey Guys,
It's been about 10 months since I've visited, and a lot of time at the range and on the course. Good to be back though. I thought I'd share a bit of success with you. After a frustrating day at the course (mainly inconsitent ball striking) I decided to hit the range and try to perform surgery on the ol' swing...and the most amazing thing happened! All I did was sit down slightly in my stance, stick my chest out a bit, and literally poke my butt out a bit (part of "sitting" in the stance) and I was launching every club in my bag far and as straight as an arrow. It kept my shoulders where they need to be and it used my back and ab muscles simultaneously to give torque to my swing...I must have put a 6-iron about 210 yds...a big improvement for me...and it was straight!!!
This sounds like such a simple fix....is it too good to be true, or do you guys have any other ideas?
Thanks!
Mike
