Lead Tape

How Do You Get The Lead Tape To Stay On? I Have Tried And It Keeps Coming Off. Even Tried A Little Gorilla Glue And It Was Working Great Until About The 10th Swing! And Their It Went Off!....any Suggestions....what Is The Secret?

Try adding "lower case" lettering to the lead tape before applying it to your club. I hear that works wonders.

Seriously now, (and that might be first for me ) make sure that the surface area is clean and dry, apply the lead tape firmly to the club, and you should be good to go.

I think he tried to post all caps and the software automatically will do Title Case, like MS Word will do...

What are you trying to put the tape on? Driver, irons, putter?

The tape won't stay on the bottom of a club where it contacts the ground. Be sure you clean the surface with alcohol or acetone to make sure of a clean contact. It should stay after that.

I say don't worry about it all together. I don't think it makes that much difference.

Any that I have used, I've had trouble taking it off it stuck so well. I think it was 3M.

This stuff is getting harder to find due to environmental reasons.
