Can't stop pushing the ball

For the last month and a half I have been fighting a push. I am so frustrated right now that I just have zero confidence in my swing. I have never been a long baller but my saving grace was always my short game and the fact that I was a straight hitter. I have tried playing with my swing by moving closer and further from the ball, putting the ball forward in my stance and bringing it back and I just cant shake it. I dont even know what my swing is anymore.

It seems I can halfway control it more with my driver than with any other club. I have almost gotten to the point where i just want to start aiming way left rather than constantly playing from the tall stuff, trees, etc on the right side. I dont want to do that either though. I want to fix it and start enjoying the game again.

Any advice, drills, etc would be most appreciated.

Lefty,

My guess is that you are setting up with both of your shoulders even, rather than having the left shoulder lower than the right at address.

To see the proper setup posture, take your club in your left hand only, then set the clubhead on the ground as in a normal setup. Next, bring your right hand to the club and place it naturally in its normal position. If you did this correctly, your left shoulder should be lower than your right shoulder. Maintain this relationship at impact and I'll bet you start hitting straight again. Try this at the range and keep at it, even if the first few aren't quite perfect.

Check your grip. I'm a righty and I'd let my hand roll to a weak position over time. My shots have been leaking right as a result. I turned my left hand to a stonger positon, where I can see 3 knuckles at address and it seems to have corrected it.
