Gained Weight / Swing Changed

Ive gained about 50 pounds in the last 4 years or so and noticed that my swing has changed to accommodate this physical change. One flaw that has crept into my swing is a sway forward through impact... It creates a low boring hook (especially with the driver). Was trying to stay behind the ball today during a practice session and found it difficult to hold my weight back.

Im looking for a practice drill or swing fix to keep me behind the ball through the impact zone... besides losing the 50 pounds which Im working on (wifes a great cook!).

Hit balls with your feet together and learn to stay balanced.
