Best swing training aids

I have two fine new sons-in-law who just took up the game. Both are already severely bitten by the bug. Besides instructional videos, what is your vote for the best swing training aids to help these fine young men learn to comport themselves around the links in better style?

Yes that was my first thought too, a good GolfPro to coach you.

Videos are fine, but nothing can replace one to one feedback. If you are going to use video's/DVD's then making sure you also film yourself & compare the results is a reasonable second best.
