Hi all. Some background about my game:
Prior to my shoulder problems (pinched nerves?) which started 1 year ago, my index was around a 9.
These days, my index is ~15, but I can easily shoot a hundred if my shoulder starts bugging me.
Here's where my ball usually ends up relative to where I'm aiming:
right of target: 75%
left of target: 20%
(Yes, I only hit where I'm aiming about 5% of the time.)
When I miss to the right:
-Here's the most common trajectory my ball takes: It starts slightly to the right, and then fades even further to the right.
-Many people comment how how high (and far) I hit. Less often, I push or slice the ball.
When I miss to the left:
-I typically pull it. I rarely ever hit draws/hooks.
Why am I posting? Well, I'm most interested in figuring out how I can get rid of my ugly fade. I think my biggest challenge is figuring out how to get my face closed enough at impact. This gets even more challenging whenever I try to incorporate more of an inside-to-out path for my swing.
not bad. did you hit that one straight. If you did, don't change anything. From what you described you have a slightly out to in swing path. If the face of you club is closed with that swing path, you are going to pull it. If it's open then you will hit a big sweeping slice. If anything, you may be losing your spine angle. If you hit it far with a fade, why change it. Just compensate for it.

Fine swing . Only thing I noticed on stops of video was that you pick up your right foot early and raise it high up , on to toes. Try keeping footwork more stable with weight on heels prior to swing. Something to try. JMO!
You have a nice golfswing. Enjoy!
nice swing! many would like to have a swing like that. from what i seen as vjcouples said, your spine angle is coming up just before impact and the right knee is way too active at the start of the dowm swing.(it tends to fire out too quick) be careful though, to much refining can scew up an already good swing, keep this in mind, ben hogan did'nt start winning tounaments until he started fading the ball.

It looks as though you are getting your body turn ahead of your hands and arms (I have the opposite problem). This would promote an outside-in swing and tend to leave the clubface slightly open. Hope this helps.
just coming out of your posture a hair soon ,your arms should be pointing at the target then your head should follow. Nice full turn on the back swing.Your plane looked good.
I agree with several of the others. You are coming out of you swing too soon. Your head moves forward and you look slightly up right before contact. Keep looking at the place were the ball was after you swing through it.
Some swing thoughts.
Your right shoulder is like a pillow. You don't turn your head until you lay your head on it.
Look at the ball with only your left eye (when practicing).
At the range don't look up at all and see if the ball goes straight.
I agree with the others here. The swing looks good and you get lots of power. But the right side fires too soon, causing a little bit of outside-in which can cause a slice, or at least a push. Your left side pulls well but because your right side has already fired, it is inactive at contact. You could get even more pop by just staying a bit more behind the ball, keeping the weight on the right side a hair longer before firing through the ball. That will let your hands get in front of you, rather than just slightly behind you at impact as they are now.
your hips cleared a little fast. you def have power but you will be amazed at how much more you can generate if you rotate through the impact zone as one piece. what im saying is hands, shoulders, hips, and torso release at the same time. right now you are hips first, then the rest. try to sync up and see how it works. BUT HERES THE DISCLAIMER you will have to steepen the plane of your swing a little for that to work, right now the flatness works because your hips are already cleared. good luck. PM me if you have any questions.
Decent swing. I would suggest that you practice from the left side of the range vs practicing on the right side with the net immediately on your right. David Leadbetter suggests this. If you slice, pratice from the left side of the range..
You have a bit of an overswing, which makes for inconsistences. Try to reduce your hip turn a bit and coil your upper body more.
Your takeaway is a bit on the inside which will make your hands lower at the top, you want lots of power so try to take the club back farther outside (directly away from the target) this will also help in getting your hands nice and high which leads to more power but definitely work on getting your hands higher and coming down from the inside. The first few may push right but once you get used to the type of release you need then you'll figure it out.
