Golfed today and, of course push my irons right all day long. I think I'm not rolling my hands over. I want to strengthen my grip(I'm right handed).
When I grip, do I roll my right hand counterclockwise to strengthen my grip or do I roll my left hand clockwise?
The left hand should go clockwise (if you want to go stronger, you should be able to then see 3 knuckles of your left hand at the setup), and the right hand should go in the same direction. You can strengthen the right a little by moving it clockwise, but make sure it doesn't go too far, where it's underneath the club or anything.
I don't use a glove. Would using one help also? I'm also thinking that I'm hitting the ball using an outside-in swing. I'm not sure if this is the case with my irons or not, but I've developed a slice with my driver lately also. I think I'm hitting across the ball because I'm teeing the ball way forward in my stance(off the front toe)

Try the strong 3 knuckle left grip , and make sure you let your arms release, and turnover naturally. Relax them!
Just tried the stronger grip...it hurts my wrist a little. Gonna have to get used to it. Do I use this same grip to get rid of my slice(with the driver)? Or should I move the ball back off my front toe?
The best golf tip I ever got was to make sure the two "V"'s formed by your thumb and index finger on each hand are pointed toward your right shoulder when addressing the ball.
