For uphill and downhill lies, do not fight the slope with your body. Jast as you do on flat ground, your body should be perpendicular to the slope. Depending on the slope, and the distance you are trying to advance the ball, an uphill lie may require a little more club, since the club becomes more lofted with the lie, and a little less club for a downhill lie.

For a sidehill lie. with ball below feet, I just bend my knees a bit more, and use an extra club or two, just so I don't skull it. The ball will also be likely to fade. With ball above your feet, naturally, it will have a tendency to draw.

yes , with the sidehill lies ball above feet, i skull it, long but a four foot line drive...

I have a field near me which has lots of little humps and lumps which i practice hitting uneven lies off of. Its also great for practising stiking the ball out of the rought because its not mown as short as the fairway.

the key is knees keep your position and balance through out the swing. Take some practice swings to get nice and comfy and the let her rip. Also try to clear your head and keep a positive attitude. Most lies like that get people all worried which more times then not effects you in a bad way.

Also on uphill lies you are more likely to draw or hook the ball depending on how much club you have and vice versa on the downhill slope

All i try to do is change my stance and be parallel to the hill when i swing and try to keep my balance pretty hard without trying too hard and tensing up and skulling or chunking it... You can see this with the top 7 most effective tips from Hank Haney in teh May 2006 edition of golf digest.

I actually try to stay balanced, like a normal shot.

With the ball above my feet, I tend to hit the ball really well, with a nice draw. When it is below my feet, I too need some practice.
