Confused on Putting, I'm not sure if you are...

supposed to take the putter back with the left hand/arm and forward with the right, left and left, right and right or both hands/arms back and forward or are you supposed to just rock your left shoulder underneath. I have been trying everything, but wanted to see if there is a standard. Thanks,

Both your arms and your shoulders for a triangle..... The standard no matter the grip is to move these as one piece in unison. Some people's natutal shape is in-out-in and other is straight back-straight through. But, from everything I've been taught and have noticed of the better players, there is never a breakdown of that triangle.

Watch pros and you will see there is nothing standard about putting. It is so much more feel than any other part of the game. It's whatever you find to be most comfortable and effective. I know some people who like to take it back and through with the left side, I normally think of it more from the right side, I know plenty of people who keep it centered and use a bit of both.

Twilldog has got it better than I could. Just find your own putting stroke.
