Staying connected

Ive recently noticed that ive been chicken winging it (left arm comes away from body at impact) and that is why ive had a lot fades. I have worked on it a corrected it, but was wondering if i missed anything else.
My question for top notch golfers is at address, do your inner triceps(or around there) touch your mid-section? and then do you try and stay connected through the majority of the swing? and is there any other tips for using your whole body instead of just your arms?

Get a towel ,and make it go across your chest under both armpits.Your chest should rotate with your arms, and the "V" formed from your arms will remain intact through the swing.
