Golf Fitness Book

Can anyone suggest a really good, golf specific fitness book? I want one with an emphasis on stretching and increasing my range of flexibility, especially in my shoulder turn.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Golf Flex is good and a book by Cindy Reid called Get yourself in Golf Shape...stretching helps my back and has improved my ease of swinging as well as adding distance across the board...

Here's some YOGA stretching and breathing exercises.
I have started these and they are fine so far.

Tiger uses YOGA and everytime I see someone on TV
that is a YOGA instructor performing instruction they
are VERY flexible.

Flexibility = potential for more golfing, more distance.

LOL, Viper. I have a shape, unfortunately, like that of the Walrus, and stretching and warmup may be more important for someone like me than for the flat bellies! At 53, a loose back and legs don't happen nearly as easily for me as they used to. Ticks off my buddies, but I have incorporated a toe touch as part of my pre-shot. Minteg, thanks for starting this thread!
