Please be as harsh and honest as possible. I can already see many things that I should fix. I'd also like to get my swing speed up if possible. I currently average around 86-94MPH I believe.

I did not commit on the practice swing and it doesn't look good to me. Real swing looks a little bit better to me, but I don't know. I think on the downswing, I'm doing something with the wrists that makes me lose power?

This was from last week. This week, I tweaked with the ball position by putting it even more forward, and changed the clubhead position at address. I gained some distance and was no longer slicing shots. [Added vid from this week.]

At the top you are WAY over the ball, increasing backspin and more side spin. At address lower your right shoulder a bit and move the ball up in your stance, you want to have your left shoulder behind the ball at the top...try to hit it more on the upswing and the ball should launch higher and go ALOT farther...

Hope this helps and good luck!

You lose power by not transferring your weight to your front foot. That's very easy to see. You are definitely overswinging, probably because you want more distance.

You need some down the line views to help people see your swing plane and setup better.

In the first video, your practice swing was better. See how much more weight was transferred to your front foot ?

for one dont set the ball up so much toward your front foot, and ^^ that was great advice, in the first video you didnt stay down on the ball and really focus on swinging in tempo, make sure your hips turn at the same time the club does, because if you turn 2 soon = slice, and if you dont turn at all = hook
