Here are a few things to try-

You need MUCH more bend at the hips at address. You are much too upright. Bend to about a 35-45 degree angle. Besides that, your swing looks pretty good. Another though-focus on your weight transfer, getting it to the inside of your right foot in the backswing and transferring it to the left foot on the follow-through.

As for your grip, your right hand could stand to become weaker, which means more on top of the club. Your right thumb/index finger should form a V on top of the club.

You probably don't like getting advice from a 15 year old, but, hey, that's what I see.

actually i kinda like your swing, reminds me of bobby jones to an extent.two things, one of which acebdg covered already, the other is what i've been preaching constantly, is a more braced right knee. now the question i have for you is the swing you videoed, is that the same swing you use out on the course as far as club head speed?

The swing looks good. Down the line, the swing looks very relaxed, face-on it looks very powerful. It looks unusually effortless, which is a good thing. I initially thought there were some posture-issues, but I think this impression is at least partially caused by the wide pants.

Bigvivec: What kind of practice balls are you using? Are they ping-pong balls? Must be nice to actually hit inside!

Setup looks too upright to me, might be just the rounded shoulders.
Swing looks on plane, but seems slow, probably due to being inside.

Yeah, that is pretty much my swing all the time...funny about the Bobby Jones reference, I got a dvd of his movie shorts a little while ago and have been trying to model my tempo after his...what were you thinking about my clubhead speed? I will try thinking about my knee and see how that goes...

I get these hard foam balls from the proshop that can't seem to break anything (believe me I have had the opportunity!) It is nice since I am an apartment dweller and am unable to do the hitting net thing. They are made by a couple of japanese companies, I never saw them in the US though...

Thanks for the comments...I will try bending a bit more at the knees and see how that works...I don't swing much faster than what you see, but I still get about 160 on a 7 iron...I don't get it either, my tempo used to be much faster and it was 145 for a 7...consistency is what I am after though, and a consistent 145 would be fine with me...

It seems to me that there could be tension in your arms according to your release. If you are swinging with your arms, you need to relax them and swing with your hips and legs. Straighten your spine angle, stick your butt out, and bend your knees. You will get much better rotation.
