There are two relatively easy ways to hit a draw or fade. The simplest way to fade the ball is to open the club face a couple of degrees and then use your normal grip, aim a little left and take your normal swing.
The amount you open the club face will depend on how much fade you want to get.
The second way to fade the ball is to open your stance, weaken your grip and start the club head on your backswing a little more outside to create more side spin on the ball at impact.
Either way will work but you'll need more club as a fading ball will usually go higher and shorter.
The easiest way to draw the ball is to close the club face a few degrees, aim slightly to the right, take your normal grip and make your normal swing. Another way is to move the ball slightly back in your stance, aim right of your target and strengthen your grip. You'll need to close your stance and take the club head a little more to the inside on your back swing.
Drawing the ball will cause a lower ball flight and the ball will run more when it hits the ground. Also, with the clubface closed at impact you'll need less loft.
