Nothing works for me! Hahaha... I just need to learn to use the same motions as I do with every other club. I always get up there and think I need to crush it. Then I swing all arms and the ball goes flying WAYYY right. If you get your timing right and you swing nice and easy, you can literally "crush" it without all that macho ****.

If you were to observe the start of my downswing, this is what you would see: My hips move back to where they were at address and my shoulders turn at the same time. My hands move down as a result of this.
However I am not doing any of this consciously. I do not have any conscious initiation move at the top of the swing. I know when I have reached the top of the backswing, and start the downswing automatically, and I somehow automatically do it correctly (most of the time).
It wasn't always that way: This is the result from some very tedious experimentation and practice to perfect my takeaway and backswing: The reward for this is a natural position at the top, from where I almost cannot go wrong, which is an extremely powerful feeling to have just prior to the downswing! I am trying my best to maintain the correct takeaway/backswing, but of course bad habits do creep in quite often: I am scared to death that one day I will loose the correct feeling for this altogether!
