Your wrists should be cocked, and the club should be pointing towards the target at the top of the backswing, If this is present, then there shouldn't be much wrong. My wrist tends to be at 90 Degrees.

If you are hitting the ball with good crisp connection then i would'nt worry too much. Get hold of a copy of how to feel a real golf swing by Bob Toski and Davis Love Jr. The hands positions at the top of the backswing are covered in this book.
