Do you have your weight on your left foot? How far behind the ball are you entering the sand. How far to the right is the ball coming in relation to your target line?

I usually try to enter 2-4 inches behind the ball, I would guess the ball is coming out 35 to 45 degrees right of my target line.Im not sure about where my weight is at impact.

Which club where you using? I would say that you should set up 1 inch farther back from the ball so that you club will hit closer to dead center or on the out side lobe of the irons face.

You are simply hitting out of the heel too much. It is no worse a swing than hitting it out of the toe. I have been doing this now and again and it is because my current irons are somewhat smaller than my old ones...

Opening up the clubface makes it more harder to it as you havent got as bigger clubface to work with (Not just you). I'd say it's because you're just not getting under the ball, Hitting the bottom of the clubface at impact and as it is open, sending the ball out to the right as the bottom of the club is pointing to the right.

Are you aligning your body left of the pin? When you open up the club face it is going to point right of the pin so you have to make up for that.

keep your legs quiet. when you get legsy, the club will come in too shallow causing the blade to be too open and not getting underneath the ball properly.
