Yes, aim right with whatever club you need. The above-the-feet lie will produce a draw (right to left) trajectory. If the green is also going up front to back (like the fairway just before it) that should help stop the ball. BTW, nice job illustrating your question.
i had a similar shot last week. For this shot take 1 more club choke down it and aim a little right to anticipate a draw.of course your going to stand a little taller depending on the severity of the slope.
My problem with this shot, my course is hilly in blacksburg and i always hit the shot fat! even when i choke down...
Balance is very important from a crooked stance. Actually, it is always very important, but you need to pay more attention to it from a crooked stance: Swing less hard with more club.
I have always found it easier for me to try and hit a fade which results in a straight shot. I have found that if I try and draw it then it ends up turning into a hook for me. Either that or I would grab my 6-iron and hit a punch shot and let it run up to the green depending on how severe the slope is. I think I would be too scared to try a draw type shot to the hole above b/c there seems to be a too severe a drop off all around the green and fairway for a shot like that
Choke down on your club to get the lie angle good then close your stance a bit, and then hit it like a normal shot. The ball is going to want to follow the countour of the ground like has been stated before. Also should have quite a bit of spin on it so you can stop it quick.
Take one club more than you usually would for the distance, choke up about one inch and aim to the right of the target. Curiously, the ball will tend to come into the green a bit more softly than normal.

You also need to choke down on the club and take a few practice swings getting a feel for the radius as it is a bit akward...also, the ball will draw because the arms will be more active as the legs will not be able to take part as much as they do on a flat lie, thus the need for 1 extra club
